“I booked a two-single-beds room and brought my small dog with me. There was plenty of parking available, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was not modern in design, but it was tidy and clean. Both air conditioning and a radiator were installed. There was no bathtub, only a shower, but the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The bed was a little too soft and did not provide enough support for me. All the staff were helpful, nice, and friendly. Dogs were not allowed in……

“The host was there to greet us which was nice and gave us a tour of the property. The room we stayed in was clean and very spacious and had a lovely big bathroom ( maybe consider a rail in the shower to hold on to) as well as a big sofa in the bedroom to chill. There is not kettle in the room however it's a short walk to the communal kitchen for to make a cuppa or food. Your allocated a shelf in the fridge to store food. We had 2 chihuahuas with us and they had a lovely space to run about as……

“THE HOTEL GAVE MY ROOM AWAY EVEN THOUGH I BOOKED IT FOR 3 NIGHTS, SO I HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL, AND THEY WON'T REFUND ME, SO I'M HAVING TO DO A CHARGEBACK WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY”

“Noice from the lobby i can hear at my hotel room on 2/F Manager told me that she doesn’t know how to solve the problem as the room is provided to me. No other rooms was offered and customer service was not good enough for problem solving ”

“Clean and well priced. Bathrooms need modernization”

“I don’t wish to stay in such a place next time. Couldn’t even sleep on the bed. Jeez”

“The rooms were worn out and needed an upgrade, lots of marks on the walls and ripped sheets on the beds. Not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel. Will not be staying there again.”

“Cheap and cheerful however the manager changing the keypad code during my stay was a pain got locked out on the second day - lady at the facility said she’d sort it but didn’t work again”

“Warm room. Friendly helpful staff. Easy parking. Good food. Tikka Massala was excellent. Good breakfast selection. Will stay again.”

“We had a lovely sleep over prior to flying out of Manchester airport, thank you!”

“Excellent stay at the Red Lion. Great little pub, lovely location. Room was clean and tidy. Delicious cooked breakfast.”

“Hotel and staff were great , food at breakfast and dinner were great , good size portions, although we were charged different prices from what was on the dinner menus , only downside was the reception was at the bar , I think it should be separate , if the bar is busy ( which it was ) as we arrived early Saturday evening you need to wait , but overall everything was great”
